Private lending returns are paid monthly via direct deposit. Equity partnership returns are distributed upon project completion (flip or refinance). Fund participation is distributed quarterly. All payments are clearly outlined in your investment agreement.
What happens if a deal goes wrong?
Every investment is secured by real property. In the unlikely event of a default, the property serves as collateral. Our conservative underwriting (typically 60–65% Max LTV) ensures there is always an equity cushion protecting your investment.
